Monthly Fee is 6% of the tenants rent for Condos, Town homes, Single Family Homes.

Marketing your home, a one-time fee of $500. Your home will be marketed across many platforms. The Local MLS, Zillow, trulia, realtor.com and many more.

Reserve fee is $500 every year that is held in your account to take care of emergencies such as flooding, unexpected fire, your tenant may need to be housed over night in case of disaster situations. If this amount remains unused it will carry over to the next year.

Start up fees for Condos, Town homes are based on the (size) square footage of the home. We also calculate the HOA based on if the owner would like the company to pay the HOA or if the owner will pay their HOA themselves. We will collect the HOA fee from the owner and then pay the HOA and send the owner a paid invoice. CALL FOR PRICING.

Returned Check Fee- $75

A lower cost is not always best – We want your tenants to be long term tenants not short-term tenants.

The level of assistance as the Investor that you receive is based on how involved you would like to be.
